Hi, I’m
Byron Armstrong

Expert real estate support and a candid professional perspective.
Real Estate can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re a First-Time Home Buyer or navigating a tough market. That’s where I come in. Since 2021, I’ve been helping people find their place in this beautiful community, and I’ve been fortunate enough to earn recognition as a 3x REMAX Executive Award Winner (2022, 2024, 2025). But as nice as the awards are, what really drives me is making sure you feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.
I’ll be straight with you – I’m a bit of a nerd when it comes to real estate. I love diving into market data, analyzing trends, and using stats to help my clients make smart decisions. But I also believe in keeping things real. I’ll always give you honest, down-to-earth advice, even if it’s not what you want to hear. No sugar-coating, and no pressure… just straight-talk from someone who genuinely has your back.
While I specialize in single-family homes and townhomes (particularly in Black Mountain, Rutland North, Rutland South, Glenmore, as well as Upper and Lower Mission), I work with clients across the Okanagan and adapt to whatever your needs are. Whether you’re Buying or Selling, I bring a full suite of services to the table: professional photography, drone videography, 3D virtual tours, floor plans, and connections to trusted staging and prep services that can help your home shine.
Beyond Real Estate, this city means so much to me, and I believe in showing up for the people who call it home. I’m committed to supporting organizations like the Children’s Miracle Network, the Kelowna Food Bank, and local LGBTQ+ groups, whether it’s by donating or stepping in to lend a hand.
At the end of the day, I want you to feel like you’re working with a friend – someone who’s responsive, thorough, and genuinely invested in your success. Let’s grab a coffee and talk about your goals. I’d love to help you find (or sell) your perfect place.

“Providing you with sincere, informed and genuine advice, so you can focus on making smart decisions.”
